Study Group

This CranioSacral study group page includes information about CranioSacral Therapy (CST) and SomatoEmotional Release (SER) study groups in Northampton, MA. These groups focus on the information as taught in classes by the Upledger Institute . I will do my best to keep this page as up-to-date as possible. If you have more updated information, please feel free to contact me with any changes.

We will cover material from: CranioSacral Therapy 2-day Intro, CSTI & II, and SomatoEmotional Release I & II.

Each meeting will begin with discussion time and Q&A. This will allow us to explore specific topics more in depth, clarify the core intent of the work, expand our knowledge of Anatomy & Physiology as well as techniques, and hear other therapists' experiences from their practices.

After the discussion, we will break into groups to both give and receive a session. Sessions could range from 30-60 minutes depending on group sizes, what you would like to work on, how long the discussion lasts, and your personal time allotment that day.

My goal is for this to be a time and place to not only practice and fine-tune your CranioSacral Therapy skills, but to also receive the work to support your own self-care and personal growth.
