Rates

Out of courtesy, please give at least 24 hours notice of any cancellation.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged the full session fee.

Payments

Payment may be made using cash, check, or gift certificate.

**Please note: As of October 1, 2009 credit cards will no longer be accepted in the office. If you wish to use a credit card as payment, you can pre-pay your session using PayPal. Please contact me for more information.

For over 4 years I have used and loved Pure Pro massage oils and lotions.

A light oil remover is available. Great for clients with acne prone skin or those returning to work after the massage.

I also incorporate Biofreeze into the treatment as necessary.

At this time I do not handle insurance forms/claims. If needed, I can provide you with receipts for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Any/all information written on your health form or verbally discussed in the office, will remain confidential. If anything needs to be shared with other health care professionals, you must first give written permission to do so.

Traveling on 91S, take exit 20 (route 5S)
Stay on route 5S for approx. 1 mile
You will pass McDonald's, Taco Bell, and KFC (on your left)
At the next set of lights turn right onto Finn Street
(Follow directions from Finn Street below)

From Finn Street in Northampton
Travel about .1 mile on Finn Street
Turn left onto State Street
#206 State Street is the 4th building on your right
It is a light yellow house with green shutters

Parking

For your convenience, free parking is available at the office. Use the driveway to the left of the building and park in space #6.

In 2008, Massachusetts established state licensure for the practice of Massage Therapy. Any/All therapists practicing Massage Therapy must be licensed by the state.
